Guide to Billing

Gain an understanding of how billing operates and what you can anticipate when you initiate a paid subscription at Decktopus.

Company Invoice

Billing Cycle and Renewal of Subscription

Monthly 

For monthly plans, the renewal will take place one month after your initial plan upgrade and continue to be renewed. As an example, if you choose to purchase a monthly Pro AI plan on February 4th, your plan will automatically renew on March 4th, and the payment will be deducted on that day.

Annual

For annual plans, the renewal will occur on the same day the following year after your plan upgrade. For example, if you choose to purchase an annual Pro AI plan on February 4th, 2023, your plan will automatically renew on February 4th, 2024, and the payment will be deducted on that day.

 

⚠️ Upon confirming an annual subscription, a deduction of one year from your plan will be taken.

Upgrading a Subscription

Pro AI Subscriptions
If you currently have a Pro AI subscription and would like to enhance your experience, you can upgrade your account to a Business AI subscription.

Business AI Subscriptions

If you already have a Business AI subscription, upgrading your account is not available. However, you do have the option to purchase additional seats for your subscription to enhance your organization.

 

 

Seat Explanation for Organizations

The seats within a paid subscription represent the individuals you are paying for. It is necessary to assign a seat to each paid member in your workspace. You have the flexibility to allocate and manage these seats by adjusting the roles of the members or removing them from the workspace as needed.

 

Pro AI Subscriptions

If you have a Pro AI subscription, the seat is limited to one person and cannot be expanded.

 

💡For external guests, you can collaborate your decks with the person you want to see edit your deck and set their roles as you wish.

 

Business AI Subscriptions

If you have a Business AI subscription, you have the flexibility to purchase additional seats and add as many users and seats as required for your organization's needs.

Collaboration


Free Account and Pro AI Subscribers


  • Users with a free account or a Pro AI subscription have access to the collaboration feature, allowing them to work together with other users who also have a Pro AI subscription or a free account. However, collaboration with users holding a Business AI subscription is not available for free account users or Pro AI subscribers.

Business AI Subscribers

  • Users with a Business AI subscription have the ability to collaborate with any user within their organization on any deck they choose.

Company Invoice

 

  • To create an invoice for your company, click "Subscription Settings."
  • Then go to "Billing Information" and choose "Update Billing Information."
