Deleting your credit card details is simple and quick – with just a few quick and easy steps, you can easily remove your credit card information.
- Go to the Subscription Panel.
- Select Subscription Settings, and from there, you will be directed to the Stripe platform.
- In the Payment Method section, click on the three dots icon, and proceed to delete your credit card information.
⚠️'' You can't delete this payment method because you have an active plan that uses it.'' You may need to wait until your next renewal date to delete the payment method.
