Using Copy and Paste Shortcuts

Efficiency is key when creating presentations, and knowing the right shortcuts can save you valuable time. In Decktopus, the copy and paste functions are essential tools that streamline your workflow, allowing you to duplicate elements and transfer content seamlessly across slides. Let's see how you can use the shortcuts in your decks.

First, navigate to the editing panel of the presentation you are working on.

• Then, click on an element you'd like to use and use the CMD/CTRL - C keys to copy.

• Then, use CMD/CTRL - V keys to paste the element.

• You can also paste the element to a different slide, as shown in the image below.

• To choose multiple elements, click on Shift in your keyboard and choose the desired elements.

• Again, you can use CMD/CTRL - C keys to copy and CMD/CTRL - V keys to paste.

You can use these shortcuts in any element you'd like to use in your slides.
