You can invite any team member in your organization as a collaborator. As you are part of an organization, collaborating with users external to the organization is not available for now because of privacy concerns. If you’d like to collaborate with external guests or users, you can invite them to your organization and navigate to the organization switch tab at the top left corner of your dashboard to access the collaborated decks within that organization.
