  • Click to "Add Slide" button:

  • Select a layout which you need.

  • Type your question and activate the 'Required' button if you want to make the questions mandatory.
    You can change the text of 'Submit' button.

  • Enter your questions and select form item.

  • For the Free Text Input, they can write free texts.

  • If you select Option List, they can quickly select their answer from the list.

  • You can add multiple questions and if you activate 'Required' button, they can not see the next question before they answer.

  • Click Options to change Form Options.

  • You can change Submit Message, Placeholder Texts and Button Texts.

  • When your deck is done, share it!

  • You will receive an email from Decktopus, when users submit the forms in the deck you shared.

  • When users submit the forms in the deck you shared, move your cursor on your deck, Responses part will be visible.

  • You can see your Responses on a table!

  • Let the fun begin with Decktopus!
