Canceling Your Decktopus Subscription

• First, click on the icon with your profile photo or the first letter of your name.

• Then, select "Subscription" from the sidebar that appears.

• Next, under Subscription Settings, and click "Cancel Subscription".

You'll be taken to the Stripe page, where you can click 'Cancel Subscription' to finish the process. When the cancellation is confirmed, your account status displays as canceled and you can see the expiration date.

You can continue to enjoy the features of your current plan until the next billing cycle without incurring any additional charges, even if you decide to cancel now.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not be renewed for the following month. However, please note that our refund policy is clearly stated in our terms of service, which you agreed to when signing up. Per these terms, we do not offer refunds, even after subscription cancellation.
