Upgrading a Subscription

Whether you're a solo presenter looking to enhance your professional image or a business aiming to streamline collaboration and productivity, upgrading to either the Pro AI or Business AI subscription can take your presentations to the next level. Upgrading your Decktopus subscription is quick and hassle-free. Simply log in to your account, and select the upgrade option that best suits your needs.

⚠️ When upgrading your account, your payment will be automatically processed since you registered your card during your initial subscription creation.

Upgrading your free subscription to Pro AI/Business AI subscription

If you have a free subscription, you can upgrade your subscription to Business AI or Pro AI subscriptions to achieve more enhanced features.

• First, click on your avatar and open up the sidebar menu and click on "Subscription"

• Then, you can click on "Upgrade" to upgrade your subscription and choose the best plan for you.

For annual plans, payment is processed in full for one year immediately upon confirmation.

Upgrading a Business AI Subscription

If you currently have a Business AI subscription, you have the option to enhance your account by purchasing additional seats.

If you currently have a monthly Business AI subscription, you have the option to upgrade your subscription to an annual Business AI subscription.

• Click on the "Upgrade" button, and you will have the flexibility to purchase as many additional seats as you require.

To review your payments and subscription status, you can access your previous successful payments on the Stripe checkout page.
