Downloading/Exporting a Presentation/Deck

Decktopus is a versatile tool that allows users to create stunning presentations with ease. Once your presentation is ready, the next step is to export or download the presentation for sharing or offline viewing. In this guide, we will take you through the simple process of exporting your presentation in Decktopus.

Please note that a subscription is required to access this feature.

There are two ways to export your deck. The first option is:

• Navigate to your dashboard and select the presentation you wish to export. Click on the three dots and then select "Share."

• Navigate to the "Export" option, where you can easily download your presentation in either PDF or PPT format.

• Once the exporting process is finished, simply click on the "Download" button to save it to your device.
  

The other option is;

• Choose the presentation you want to export and go to the editing page.

• Choose the sharing option, and then choose "Export." From there, you can export your presentation in either PPT or PDF format. Once the exporting process is finished, simply click on the "Download" button to save it to your device.

Compressed PPT/PDF Export

With the new Compressed PPT/PDF Export feature, you can download your presentations using significantly less storage without sacrificing quality. This is perfect for users who need to share decks quickly or store them on limited-space devices.

• Go to the export options and choose either PPT or PDF format.

• Select the Compressed Export option.

• Download your presentation in a compressed format without compromising on quality.

Export with Slide Notes

Our new Export with Slide Notes feature allows you to export both your slides and their corresponding notes. This is especially helpful when presenting or sharing your slides, as your notes can guide the audience or assist you in delivering your presentation.

• Add your notes to the individual slides in the Notes section.

• When you're ready to export, choose the "Include slide notes" option.

• Download your presentation with both the slides and the notes included.

Please be aware that exported PPT files cannot be edited.
