How to Collaborate on a Presentation with Your Team

You can invite team members to any presentation so they can view and work on it. Collaboration is available on the Business plan.

How to Invite a Team Member

1. Open your presentation and click Share in the top toolbar, or hover over the deck on your dashboard and click Share

1. Go to the Collaborate tab in the Share modal

2. Select a team member from the user list

3. The invited member now has access to the deck

Good to Know

• This is not real-time co-editing — invited members get deck access and can work on it independently

• You can limit access to select members rather than sharing with the whole organization

• Only members within your organization workspace can be invited

• Available on Business plan only
