Infrastructure
Decktopus runs on AWS cloud infrastructure. EU server hosting is available for organizations with data residency requirements.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Decktopus supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) via SMS, email, and authenticator apps. Enabling MFA adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
Data Privacy and AI Training
Your data is excluded from AI training by default. You do not need to opt out.
Compliance
Decktopus is currently working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.
