From the editor:
Once your presentation is open in the editor, click Download at the top right.
Select PDF from the Download Presentation menu.
Choose your quality option:
Compressed: Smaller file size and faster download.
Standard: Higher resolution, larger file size, and slower download.
The same quality options apply when exporting as PPT.
Click Download to save the file to your device.
From your dashboard:
Hover over the presentation you want to export and click Download on the deck card.
Select PDF as the format.
Choose your quality option:
Compressed: Smaller file size and faster download.
Standard: Higher resolution, larger file size, and slower download.
Click Download to save the file to your device.
That's all!
Once downloaded, you can attach it to an email, share it via Google Drive or Dropbox, or print it directly. The PDF format locks your layout and fonts, so your presentation will look the same for everyone who opens it, regardless of the device or software they use.
