# How to Edit Text Manually in Your Presentation

The Edit Text option lets you manually update any text on your slides directly from the editor.

-   Once your presentation is open in the editor, click **Edit Text** at the bottom of the screen.

-   A panel will open on the right side listing every text element on the current slide.

-   Click into any text field and make your changes directly.
    
-   When you're done, click **Apply Changes** to save.

-   Repeat for each slide you want to update.
