Table Element

The Table Element in Decktopus allows you to organize and present data clearly within your slides.

Tables are a powerful way to present structured data in a clear and visually appealing format. To display statistics, compare information, or organize content efficiently, Decktopus' Table Element provides an easy-to-use solution. This guide will walk you through adding, customizing, and optimizing tables for your presentations.

  • Navigate to your deck’s editing panel and choose “Table” from the Elements section.

  • After choosing the Table, click on the “Table Settings” option to customize it. In the Settings section, you will see 3 different customization options; Cell, Header, and Border.

  • From the Cell section, you can enter your data directly into the table cells, adjust font size, style, and alignment within the cells.

  • You can change cell background colors for emphasis.

  • From the Header section, you can choose your table’s header options and define column titles, making your data easier to interpret.

  • After choosing the best fit, you can adjust font size, background color to match your presentation theme.

  • Moving on to the Border section, you can adjust the borders, size and border color of your table.

  • When you’re done with the customization of your table, you can move on to Size and Position section to adjust it to your liking.
