- Click to "Add Slide" button:

- Select a layout that you need.

- Type your question and activate the the 'Required' button if you want to make the questions mandatory.
You can change the text of the 'Submit' button.

- Enter your questions and select the form item.

- For the Free Text Input, they can write free texts.

- If you select Option List, they can quickly select their answer from the list.

- If you select Rate, they can quickly select their answer from the list.
- If you select Checklist, they can quickly choose their answer from the list.
- You can add multiple questions and if you activate the 'Required' button, they can not see the next question before they answer.

- Click Options to change Form Options.
You can change Submit Message, Placeholder Texts, and Button Texts.
- When your deck is done, share it!

- You will receive an email from Decktopus when users submit the forms in the deck you shared.
- When users submit the forms in the deck you shared, move your cursor on your deck, Responses part will be visible.
