Adding Forms into Slides

Collect any type of information from your audience/prospects; feedback, requests, contact info, proposal response, or anything - it is up to your imagination!

  • Click to "Add Slide" button:

 

 

  • Select a layout that you need.

 
 
 
  • Type your question and activate the the 'Required' button if you want to make the questions mandatory.
    You can change the text of the 'Submit' button.

 

 

  • Enter your questions and select the form item.

 

 

  • For the Free Text Input, they can write free texts.

 

 

  • If you select Option List, they can quickly select their answer from the list.

 

 
 
  • If you select Ratethey can quickly select their answer from the list.

 


  • If you select Checklist, they can quickly choose their answer from the list.

 


  • You can add multiple questions and if you activate the 'Required' button, they can not see the next question before they answer. 

 

 

  • Click Options to change Form Options.
    You can change Submit Message, Placeholder Texts, and Button Texts. 

 

 

  • When your deck is done, share it!

 

 

  • You will receive an email from Decktopus when users submit the forms in the deck you shared.

 


  • When users submit the forms in the deck you shared, move your cursor on your deck, Responses part will be visible. 

 

 

  • You can see your Responses on a table!
