Click to "Add Slide" button:
Select a layout which you need.
Type your question and activate the 'Required' button if you want to make the questions mandatory.
You can change the text of 'Submit' button.
Enter your questions and select form item.
For the Free Text Input, they can write free texts.
If you select Option List, they can quickly select their answer from the list.
If you select Rate, they can quickly select their answer from the list.
If you select Checklist, they can quickly select their answer from the list.
You can add multiple questions and if you activate the 'Required' button, they can not see the next question before they answer.
Click Options to change Form Options.
You can change Submit Message, Placeholder Texts and Button Texts.
When your deck is done, share it!
You will receive an email from Decktopus, when users submit the forms in the deck you shared.
When users submit the forms in the deck you shared, move your cursor on your deck, Responses part will be visible.
You can see your Responses on a table!
You can also export your responses as CSV.
